Repairs to Homes should be effective in performance and cost

                 The economy is not doing so well and new homes aren't being built as rapidly as they were about 10 years ago. I have noticed that 85% of the business in the building trades have been on Rental or older aged homes. As a handyman/repair maintenance company it is important to find the most least cost effective way to repair problems in homes we work on while making sure that these repairs are safe and live up to a high level of performance. Customers and clients should be well informed about ways they can prevent small maintenance issues from turning into bigger problems. Reading and researching online is a great tool along with the assistance of a great personal "family handyman" who will assist you on understanding the building trades. I know it may seem as if I'm taking food out of my own mouth by doing this. But I would rather build a long trusting relationship with my clients and still uphold the integrity, honesty and responsibility for all actions my company is involved with.
